• Where is the store based?

  Sinking Spring, PA

• Do you do customized art commissions?

  No.

  Please refrain from sending inquiries through email or social media about commissions.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I only ship through United States Postal Service. Please check with USPS if shipping services are available in your country before placing your order. I will have to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled through USPS.

  I cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or damaged orders due to overseas shipping. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or customs in their respective countries.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic USA orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Normally International shipping delivery times varied between 2 and 12 weeks.

• There isn't a tracking number with my sticker order?

  Stickers are a small item and are shipped out in the USA inside of a greeting card sized envelope with a forever stamp and sometimes and additional ounce stamp. If you want the stickers to ship out with a tracking #, please add the "Add USPS Tracking to small items" in your cart.

  All international orders will be shipped in a sturdier package, but without a tracking number due to it not being an affordable shipping option through USPS.

• Do you do Returns?

  No returns, but I can provide a refund or a replacement for a similar item. Please provide photos of proof in an email if you are unsatisfied with a particular item. Due to limited supply, I will not be able to offer out of stock items.

• When will you restock an Out-of-Stock item?

  STICKERS will be restocked regularly, but may change in size or appearance.

  PRINTS restock once a year, but will be leaving the store forever when moved to the CLEARANCE section.

  (*OOAK) *One of a Kind listings such as original sketches or traditional drawings are a unique item of which only one is ever made. No refunds or exchanges on *One of a Kind listings.

• Where are the PRINTS?

  My prints are not in my current inventory. I plan to bring back prints in an indefinite time in the future.

• What do the sizes of your prints look like?

  Prints come in 3 common photo frame sizes: 5x7, 8x10, and 11x17 inches .

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
